1. Digital Course Policy

All our products are digital, including:

  • Digital training materials

  • Downloadable content

Since these are non-returnable digital items, no physical return is applicable.


2. No Refund After Course Access

Once access to any digital course or material is provided, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the teaching style

  • Personal reasons

  • Lack of time to study

  • Device or internet issues

  • Expectations not matching personal assumptions

  • Requesting refunds after consuming course content

3. Valid Refund Cases (Special Situations)

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The customer is charged twice for the same course

  • Payment is successful but the course access is not delivered due to a technical error on our side

If validated, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Claiming accidental purchase after accessing the course

  • Sharing login details leading to account blocking

  • Violating Terms & Conditions

  • Requesting partial refunds

  • Issues related to third-party payment gateway delays

  • Attempting to misuse or copy the course content


5. Payment Failures

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive course access:

  • Transaction ID

  • Registered email

  • Payment screenshot

After verification, we will activate your access or refund (in valid cases).


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the course access is provided, cancellation is not possible.

  • No partial or full cancellation will be accepted after course delivery.


7. Course Replacement

Course replacement or exchange is not allowed after course activation.
